- 1 Pie Crust
- 1 can (15 oz) Pumpkin pie filling
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/s tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cups (12 oz can) evaporated milk
- Prepare Pie Crust
- Preheat oven to 425 F
- Combine ingredients and mix well.
- Bake for 15 minutes, and reduce heat to 350 F.
- Bake for 50-55 more minutes or until done. (knife inserted in center of pie comes up clean)
